Non-slip flooring for bathrooms

There are many ways in which you can improve the safety of your bathroom flooring and here are some of our top tips. Firstly, you should make sure the flooring you choose is textured. So whether you opt for tiles, vinyl flooring or rubber, make sure it has a grippy feel so you won’t fall over when the floor is wet. If you can’t change your flooring and you need another solution, buy a nonslip bathroom mat to run alongside your shower or bathtub. This will ensure the floor is not slippy when you step out of the bath or shower, and you can then use that lace to dry yourself before moving outside into another room. Another option is to choose under floor heating as this ensures your floor dries quicker. Okay it’s the most expensive option by a mile but it’s worth considering if you’re planning on redecorating your bathroom.
