Rug options for wooden bedroom floors

Covering up your wooden bedroom floor may seem like the last thing you want to do, however there are many rug options that can look great against a wooden floor.

Having wooden flooring in your bedroom can be very stylish, but during the colder months it can be a little cold to step our feet on first thing in the morning. Having a rug alongside your bed can be a great option as it will still allow for the wood to be exposed, while provide a little extra comfort when stepping in and out of your bed.

Another option for framed beds is to place a large rug underneath allowing a boarder of the rug to be exposed. This will provide comfort to the feet but also protect the wooden floor from scratches and dents caused by the bed frame.

The style and size of rug is completely up to you, as it shouldn’t affect the current interior design of your bedroom.
